Start my orderSending flowers in New Zealand, with the local details sorted
The hard part of sending flowers is rarely the bouquet. It is knowing whether the ward accepts them, which funeral home is handling the service, or why your order to a farm address with an RD number needs an extra day. We have collected those details for towns from Kaitāia to Invercargill, checked against councils, Health New Zealand and the facilities themselves.
Before you send to a patient, look up the hospital flower rules: Christchurch Hospital does not allow flowers at all, and many others keep them out of intensive care. For a funeral or tangihanga, our funeral flower guide covers where to send and what to write.
Planning ahead? The NZ flower calendar lists Mother’s Day, Matariki, Father’s Day and the rest, and what’s in season explains why roses cost more in a Kiwi summer.
From Cape Reinga to Bluff, flowers made up close to home.
